The Jacques-Francis Boudet - owned Lambada Du Croate (Af Albahar) produced a nice performance to win the Qatar Prix Djebella II (PA). Trained by Eric Dell'Ova, the homebred filly was sent off outsider for the 1,500m contest at Tarbes which took place on Saturday, April 20th. With Martin Protti in the saddle, Lambada Du Croate was prominent through the early stages of the contest. Still travelling a bit keenly, Lambada Du Croate gradually improved her position and showed a good turn of foot to beat Zallal Al Shahania (Azadi) in second. Jaazmina Du Soleil took third (Gazwan). Bred by Jacques-Francis Boudet, she is out of F Sia de Montrozier (Mahabb).
